TERMS OF SERVICE

Kindly review the terms and conditions carefully, as they hold binding effect upon receipt of your retainer payment.

  • To secure the details of your appointment, a non-refundable retainer is required, which will be deducted from your final payment.

  • Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in cases where you make changes to the main booking details, such as the date or time.

  • A grace period of 48 hours is provided for booking amendments, including date and time changes.

  • For new bookings, a new payment will be required.

  • Full payment must be made at least seven days prior to the booking date. After the 48-hour grace period, this payment becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Please be aware that before and after pictures will be taken during your appointment and may be utilised for social media and marketing purposes.

  • It is crucial to ensure timely payment to avoid the cancellation of your booking.

  • If you pay after the original invoice due date, please verify the availability of your preferred date. If it is unavailable, the retainer will be refunded.

TRAVEL

  • Driving mileage is calculated at a rate of £1.50 per mile, based on the full address. You are responsible for covering all travel expenses associated with the booking, including parking.

  • Depending on the event’s location and the travel time required, accommodation may be necessary the night before.

  • Should we require taxi services, please arrange them in advance, and the cost will be your responsibility.

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING

  • This contract becomes binding upon receipt of your retainer payment. Cancellations made after the 48-hour grace period are non-refundable, unless extenuating circumstances (such as bereavement) are communicated to us.

  • In the event that we are unable to provide the service you paid for, a full refund will be promptly issued.

  • Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.

COVID-19

  • It is your responsibility to comply with government standards.

  • Please notify us if anyone participating in the booking is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

DESTINATION BOOKINGS

  • Destination bookings are available upon request.

  • All travel-related costs, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, must be covered by the client.

ETIQUETTE

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of physical or verbal abuse. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if such behaviour occurs.
